Elementary Tweaks Linux
Elementary Tweaks Tool is an application that is used to customize Elementary OS such as changing themes, icons, fonts, etc. In this article, I provide a guide on how to install Elementary OS Tweaks for versions 7, 6, and 5. Different from the Ubuntu variant in terms of appearance customization and several other systems, you can use a small application called Ubuntu Tweak.
Slightly different from elementary OS, even though it is a derivative of Ubuntu, it cannot use Ubuntu Tweak for customization. Therefore, specifically for Linux, Elementary OS has a special application for that, called Elementary Tweak.
Install Properties Common
Elementary OS by default does not use PPA, where we can install 3rd party applications. Therefore, to be able to use PPA, please open the terminal and install it using the command:
sudo apt install software-properties-common
After the PPA is available on our Linux, then install Elementary Tweak using the method below.
Install Elementary Tweaks Horus (7) dan Odin (6)
Now, please use the command below to install it:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/pantheon-tweaks
sudo apt update
sudo apt install pantheon-tweaks
Wait until it’s finished. If so, please open System Settings, then you will see a menu with the name “Tweaks”. If the menu icon appears as shown in the image below, it means you have successfully installed it.

Install Elementary OS 5 Tweaks Hera
If you need to install version 5, you can use the following command:
