You can also run `php --ini` inside terminal to see which files are used by PHP in CLI mode.

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages

How to fix it?

Open a terminal in the problematic application folder, then type the following command:

composer install --ignore-platform-reqs

Done.
